Our START RIGHT CLINIC is an introduction into Top Velocity.
Here we introduce teaching of our med ball training drills which will give your athlete an opportunity to learn movement patterns that will lead into 3x pitching velocity training program.
Our 2 handed approach of throwing med balls allows our athletes to safely work on pitching mechanics.
